   One of our foremost goals is the education of our customers, from their first real estate purchase, to refinancing to take advantage of savings through lower interest rates, to the most complex commercial real estate transaction.  Only through this education can one truly understand the committments involved, and make the best informed decisions.

   This education begins with explaining the settlement process to our customers, continues through regular contact during the time leading up to settlement, and finally with full explanations at the settlement table.

     Mr. Edmunds is licensed in Pennsylvania as an Attorney. Over the past 15+ years he has had extensive experience in hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including experience in complex commercial transactions.  In addition to conducting innumerable residential transfers and refinancings, Mr. Edmunds has also acted as counsel for complex transactions such as the sale of a non-profit hospital, the sale of a non-profit nursing home, the restucturing of a golf club, and many purchases of commercial real estate.
